Hot Air Balloon Flights depart daily at dawn from Peterson's Champagne House, on the corner of Broke Road and Wine Country Drive in Pokolbin. The departure point is located just 2 hours north of Sydney and 45 minutes from Newcastle. You will need to reconfirm the flight departure time the night prior to your scheduled departure date (complete tour operator details will appear on your your confirmation voucher)

“Get to bed early the night before your hot air ballooning tour as you will have an early start in the morning. Also, wear a hat, as your head can get quite hot if you are close to the flame they use for inflating the balloon.”
