Operating Hours

• Between 11th June - 30th August. Geothermal Park is open Friday from 2pm - 8pm (last entry 4pm). Saturday 10am - 8pm (last entry 4pm). Sunday 10am - 6pm (last entry 4pm). Monday 10am - 4pm (last entry 2.30pm)
• Sulphur Spa last entry is one and a half hours before closing time.

Duration

• Allow 1 hour for self-guided walk or 1.5 hours for guided tour
• Spend as long as you would like in the Sulphur Spas

Location

• Hells Gate is located at 351 State Highway 30 Tikitere Rotorua New Zealand approx 15 min from Rotorua city

Hotel Pickup

• Complimentary shuttle between Rotorua and Hells Gate
• Pick-up from Rotorua at 9.50am & 1.50pm
• Depart Hell's Gate at 1.50pm & 5.30pm
• Please note when booking a shuttle pick up, you are automatically booked onto the scheduled return

Additional Information

• Free guided tours are available daily at 10.30am and 2.30pm please arrive on time if you wish to join in on this experience. Please note between 11th June - 30th August 2021 the 10.30am guided tour is not available on Fridays
• Family passes are not offered by Experience Oz and will need to be purchased at the gate
• Complimentary transfers from most accommodation in Rotorua City, please advise in booking notes if you require transfers and call the operator (details will be on your voucher) once the booking has been made
• Please note between 11th June - 30th August 2021 the 9.50am pick up is not available on Fridays and the 1.50pm pick up is not available on Mondays
