In 1965, Margaret River was compared to the famed Bordeaux region, with an agricultural report suggesting it would be well suited for premium wines, particularly ‘age-worthy’ reds. The rest is history. Today, our corner of the southwest produces some of the world’s finest Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Join us in the Wine Room to taste through a selection of the region’s key varietal wines, including Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, and discover more about what drives our winemaking craft.
Enjoy this guided tasting with a member of the knowledgeable Wine Room team, or explore the wines independently, with a self-guided journey accompanied by tasting notes.
Opt to enhance the tasting with a cheeseboard in the Wine Room or choose to move into the Top-5 WA Rated Restaurant for a wine-paired lunch. Each dish is inspired by the wines while celebrating pristine local produce. Included is wine paired to each course.
